Stoneware such as ashtrays, washbasins, and more are carved to feature fossils in high relief. We go to the magnificent Merzouga dunes, which mark the beginning of the great Sahara Desert. We ditch the car and ride camels into the desert to a Berber outpost. If you want to make your trip really unforgettable, why not try sand dunes boarding in the Sahara? Soon after supper, we all congregate around the fire to listen to the desert night, maybe accompanied by traditional Berber drums.
